Whether you use it on friendster or not, STILL, IT'S RIPPING! Why? because you're stealing someone's work and even removed the credit (creators name @ the bottom). Pathetic, you don't even know the meaning of it, no wonder.
About the MCT, Did you ask JE's Permission for that???? Even if you give credits to MCT it doesnt matter. God! You're claiming it as if it is your own!

Adin : well..let me share my opinion..
i think this can be called ripping because as what sir insane said, rhy removed the credits at the bottom..
and another thing is, rhy is claiming the generators as if it was his own..
we can see in his posts "OVERLAY GENERATORS BY RHY"
others take it as if rhy made the generators but the generators are the same generators in markycrigger, he just editted some parts..
i think it will be better if rhy will change his layout or if he wont change it, put back the credits..
another thing, the markyctrigger banner gives credits to markyctrigger but in your generators, you didn't put it, it will be better if you put that there..
and markyctrigger didnt make the tester, it is je41 you made it so i think you need to ask permission from je41 first, because mr. admin only said that he talked to MARKY and didnt tell us if he also talked to je41 about that..
so for the mean time, i think rhy needs to remove the tester first and update the layour and generators..
no hard feeling please, i just shared my opinion.
those are just my opinions and you dont need to follow that if you don't want to..

Chrone: lets assume this rhy you must now put back the credits on the lay out and another thing if my memory right marky said its ok to edit his code but still the credits should be there if the credits is still there then its ok

Kilometer69: Alright. To those people who don't have an idea what's going on, it's better if you'll just keep out of this thread as we don't want new trouble arise from this one. Anyway, I'll discuss the issues fairly and one by one.
The layout: Obviously it is made by Kimiko/Christine. Since it is a premade layout, anyone can freely use it whether for your Friendster account or anything else. The problem is, you removed the credits at the bottom of the page which is a number one 'no-no', wise people like you should know that.
The overlay generator: I told you, I once talked to Marky about that and he said it's okay to have it as long as you won't change anything to claim it as your own. That happened when I saw this one guy redistributing the generator.
The overlay tester: Yur site is under maintenance now so I can't review it. But as what my Moderators and the members' been saying, you put there "Overlay Tester by Rhy", which is very wrong. It is made by Je41 so even if you asked permission from him, you shouldn't have remove his name in there.
Now, I'm not in the position to give you any punishment you are talking about because I'm not the one who owns that layout, generator, and tester. All I'm asking from you is to keep all the credits intact. Your site is a great help to everyone especially to the newbies, but please comply with what's right to avoid chaos like this.
I hope everything will be settled the soonest time possible. Rhy and Insane, nothing will change, I assure you both.
